A new recipe created by Areej
This recipe is very tasty, very easy and not too sweet.
My recipes are going to be withdrawn from the different cultures and countries I lived in.This recipe has dates in it that come from Saudi or the UAE.I started appreciating the goodness of Dates since we moved to the Gulf, good quality dates are found in abundance here and there is also the commercial kind, which is good too. There is also date syrup which can be added to many recipes instead of sugar.Dates have uncountable health benefits,it is affluent in natural fibres, they are also the best nourishment for muscle development.Dates fight constipation, intestinal disorder, weight gain and heart problems.Dates can be incorporated in many desert recipes, the paste of dates can be mixed with milk or yoghurt.
Dates benefits are endless, but let's start with a simple and very tasty recipe.
