Today I had an order for a gluten free Vegeterian Pizza, cookies and bread.
It's for tomorrow.
I also baked another Gluten free bread for my husband. It tastes really good and makes the kitchen smell divine.I have been experimenting with the bread, the loaf I baked yesterday, turns out a little amount of rice flour added to the gluten free flour and buckwheat flour makes the bread a little denser and doesn't let it crumble :) In todays loaf I added a little amount of Tapioca flour, also came out tasting really good and not too dense.I guess it's all a matter of experimenting with different ingredients.
I also baked Cheesy treats for Bella and Ginger. They love them.
I love to bake their treats,I don't like to buy them supermarket treats. The list of ingredients in them is endless. The treats I bake have 6 ingredients in them that are good for them.
Bon Appetite Ginger and Bella :)

Gluten Free Bread and Gluten Free Cookies
Baking Gluten Free Bread was the best new thing I did for my Gluten Free Company.
The first thing people who have this allergy ask about, is if I bake Gluten Free Bread.I guess it's the daily food that they want to eat, more than cookies or cakes.Up until last week I wasn't baking bread, now that I found the right recipe and flour,I can bake bread. The loaf came out tasing great,it's fluffy not dense and tastes really good.
I baked one loaf today for my sister and I baked a batch of Chocolate chips, dates, cranberries and Hazel nut cookies, also for my sister.
I love to bake and especially Gluten Free cakes and cookies, because I know for a fact people who have the allergy are deprived from walking into a supermarket or a pastry shop and just picking up whatever they like .Maybe it's a blessing.
The Loaf has ingredients from my kitchen,no artificial flavours,no colours,no additives.
Cookies, the same, only the good stuff goes in the cookies.
Everything came out smelling, looking and tasting great. My kitchen smelled sensational,my husband tried a slice of the bread, loved it.So tomorrow I guess I have to bake another loaf :)
